"Great location and nice staff but the utilities need work (Heat)."

location was great for what I was doing in Toronto and there was public parking right there. Lots of great food around the corner.

The room heat was off and the one in the bathroom was on but not putting out heat.

The location was amazing.

We were in two different rooms, the first was room 105 and very cold; we had only a small space heater. We found a heavier blanket to help. The air duct was blowing out cold air. The thermostat attached to this source was either misaligned, or the heating system was broken. The temperature remained at 65 degrees. The second room was on the 4th floor and was very hot...which was a better problem. We had to keep the window open to keep the temperature from getting too hot.
