"Not good. Won't be staying at Quality Inn again."

The person staffing the desk was very polite and nice. He paid attention to our queries as well as another guests when we checked in. The bed in the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was clean and well-stocked.

After checking into the room, we were out all afternoon and early evening, returning around 7:30 pm. We spotted and killed a cockroach in the room right before we went to bed. That was upsetting but we didn't go to the desk because it was 11 p.m. We didn't see any more after the one. The toilet seat cover was broken and had to be held up to use it. Again, we chose to live with it because we didn't want someone coming to our room in the evening. A small thing: there was only one regular coffee packet and one decaf one. Two would have been preferable. We would have conveyed our complaints to the staff, but we never saw anyone at the front desk while we were at breakfast.

It was okay

Umm so the entire room flooded with sewage water and they said it happens often and didnt even call anyone to come get the grey water up thats disgusting and their putting people back in those rooms
