"Will be filing a complaint against this hotel coorprate office to get me a full refund."

Nothing!

No elevator anywhere to get to 2nd floors. Room was dirty, old and outdated bathtub stained, spiders in bathroom, sheets stained with old blood, shower head hard water buildup on shower head, instead of front desk trying to find me another room that was clean. He denied my refund. When we first arrived front desk guy said. “ quality inn was clean and all rooms were remodeled and new.

did not have breakfast, the front desk person was a joy and very good,bath tub

bathtub was not in the best condition, drain looked the worst for wear. otherwise we were pleased.
