Free parking is available to residents and visitors using the facilities, however we cannot guarantee availability. Our car park is monitored by a 3rd party parking scheme, all guests must ensure that their vehicle registration is registered with reception. A £100.00 penalty fine can apply if you do not register your vehicle. Early check-in from 13:00 onward or late check-out until 12:00 is possible for a fee of GBP £25, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please note the property is lively and offers entertainment or is host to private functions. Some rooms may be affected by noise. The Cliff Hotel uses feather pillows as standard. In case of allergies or intolerance to feathers, please contact the hotel prior to arrival. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. "Lovely suite/room"

The location is great and the suite was amazing despite the lounge being very warm. It’s a lot of money for 1 night but lovely for a special occasion for sure.

The bed was a little hard for my liking. The continental breakfast over half the bowls for cereal were not clean properly which was off putting. The radiator in the lounge the gage was broken so we were unable to turn do making that room very warm so had to have the windows/doors open to get some air in the room.

Lovely location all the staff were so friendly and helpful

It was a great place to stay. More tolerates in the bathrooms would have been good like shampoo and conditioner.

Nothing

The rooms were not as described on your website, we booked a room with a sea view,didn't expect a building site outside our window,couldn't see the sea,requested an alternative of which massive pipes outside the window. This hotel has not a good reputation with the local people of which I advise you to enquire. Therefore we would insist on a refund from yourselves as we had to find other accommodation, our 50th anniversary celebration was ruined. Also didn't request a bath at the bottom of the bed! I look forward to a prompt reply from yourselves Kevin and Helen frost

Sandy beach nearby

Waste of money. Went for a quiet 60th birthday at the seaside ending up with a thumping headache giving disco below until midnight. Interior design poor for price of room. Dont go!

"My stay was ok"

Breakfast was sadly cold and the cappuccino machine was not working I asked the server if perhaps the machine in the bar was working but she said she couldn’t do that

Breakfast was not up to standard I expected and staff unhelpful however the next morning machine was still not working but a young lady went to bar machine to get my coffee she was extremely helpful
