INT Lisbon Suites

J'ai déjà expliqué le problème : INT Lisbon nous a proposé de changer notre réservation pour soi-disant un meilleur confort, etc.. à la nouvelle adresse nous avons trouvé le portail de l'hébergment ouvert, alors que l'on nous avait donné un code, dans la cour, le bâtiment où se trouvait le logement était lui aussi ouvert. Donc la sécurité étant compromise, nous avons pris un autre logement.

The place is renovated, clean and within walking distance to many attractions

Too many unpleasant surprises. A day before I arrived (the payment was already made), they tried to "upgrade" me to a different location that doesn't even show as a hotel on a map. Only after I insisted on keeping the original location, and sent multiple emails, they reverted my reservation back to the old location. Second, we had several purchased items missing from our room and no resolution was provided. Third, in addition to the payment, I'm seeing daily charges in various amounts from the hotel. I did not receive any warning or clarification about what they are. Cannot recommend it and will warn others about this.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience. There was a construction site directly across from the hotel, and the work started very early every morning, waking us up. The noise made it difficult to sleep and significantly affected our stay. It was disappointing that we were not informed about this in advance. Not recommended

Localização e limpeza

Quarto minúsculo e quarto de banho ainda mais minúsculo. A da porta da rua é difícil de abrir com o código.

Gute Lage und bequeme Betten

Baustelle hinter und vor dem Haus. Aufenthaltsraum geschlossen, da auch Baustelle. Klimaanlage defekt, wie in vorherigen Rezessionen bereits bemängelt.
