Le formiche all’interno della camera e la ragazza dell’accoglienza che non si è degnata minimamente di un saluto.Addirittura un giorno non ricordavamo la password della porta per entrare nel reparto camere e vedendoci in difficoltà non solo non ci ha aiutato ma neanche si è degnata di alzare lo sguardo.Veramente deludente l’accoglienza.

The location is close to the center, but the streets around it were dirty and I did not feel safe at night.

Camera giusta per 2 persone con l’essenziale all’interno. Servizio di pulizia ottimo, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti tutti i giorni e la stanza era sempre perfetta. Sistema di codici e videocamere che ti fa sentire al sicuro. Posizione buona e con locali essenziali per acquisti quotidiani o pasti veloci.

Il quartiere sembra poco sicuro e sporco, soprattutto la sera vi è gente strana in giro. Le opzioni per un pasto sono svariate ma per lo più di cucina straniera e non portoghese. La camera non era fedele alle foto, alcuni arredi erano differenti o mancavano e alcuni angoli della stanza sembravano trasandati o rovinati. La notte spesso si avvertono rumori dai piani superiori, scarsa insonorizzazione. Il rapporto ospite-locatore è quasi assente e se si ha bisogno di alcune necessità non è sempre facile interagire.

Un appartement complet avec une cuisine bien équipée et un très bon grand lit.

Il manque un tire-bouchon...

The location is great! Just 2 metro stops from the centre, yet with plenty of great local food places. The building is also nice old Portuguese style with full wall windows and wooden floors.

My stay was unfortunately a 3*- experience. Upon arrival I found out that there is a huge construction right in front of the building. The team offered me a different room as seemed as a downgrade to me but was located on the other side of building. After a day in this room I asked to move due to not working AC and broken shower. The team kindly accommodated my request quickly and offered me another room but on the front side of building. So every day I was waken up at 7:30 am from construction noice. The shower also was clogged and bathroom generally needed a heavy refresh. I can‘t say my holiday was completely ruined but I wouldn‘t come back.
