INT Lisbon Suites

Bedroom and bathroom were clean and fairly spacious, with two lovely windows to let the light in. Small kitchenette in the hallway made preparing small meals easy and convenient. Free luggage storage was a huge bonus on the first day, as we arrived before check-in. Multiple locks/keycodes also made the property feel very safe.

Location was just a little farther from the center of town than we wanted to be. Still fairly central, but we had to walk 10-15 minutes beyond metro/bus stations each time we went anywhere! There was also a lot of construction on the street when we visited, which made the mornings pretty noisy.

The long windows, lots of natural light as well as a nice feel. The private bathroom was nice. Comfortable bed. Location was really good - easy to walk to old town and metro was close buy.

Staff could be more friendly. Noise from the room above - people walking around from 7 a.m. for 2 hours was annoying every morning! Also not enough cups/glasses were provided in the kitchenette.

The room was very small and extremely noisy. Every time someone in the room above flushed the toilet, the sound was clearly audible in our room, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. The room description stated that it would include a small kitchenette and a kettle, but neither of these amenities was available. This was disappointing because we specifically chose this room based on the advertised features. When I requested a room change, I was first asked to wait until the next day. Later, I was informed that another room would become available one day later. Since my stay was only four nights, three days passed waiting for a solution, and by that point changing rooms no longer made sense.

Das Zimmer hat nichts mit der Beschreibung auf Booking.com zu tun. Es gab keinen Balkon, keinen Gemeinschaftsraum, im ersten Zimmer passte noch nicht einmal ein Nachttisch zwischen Bett und Wand. Es gibt generell nur minimalstes, selbst angepinseltes Billigstmobiliar. Weder ein Tisch noch Stühle im Zimmer vorhanden - einzige Sitzgelegenheit das Bett. Zwei Tage vor Anreise kam die Nachricht, es sei kein Zimmer frei. Unser Stornierungsantrag wurde aber abgelehnt. Stattdessen wurde ein Ersatz irgendwo angeboten. Als wir das ablehnten, gab es plötzlich doch das winzige Zimmer (4. Stock ohne Aufzug). Als wir das bemängelten, wurden wir in ein etwas größeres Zimmer umquartiert. Das Hotel liegt in einer heruntergekommenen Strasse umgeben von Baustellen, Baubeginn morgens ca. 8:00 Uhr. Leider war Booking.com null hilfreich uns hat nur zusätzlichen Stress und Ärger verursacht, weil die Reaktionszeit bei Beschwerden 2 Tage beträgt. Ein einziger Horror.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf ein eigenes Appartment eine Querstraße weiter. Das war sehr geräumig, hatte eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kochplatte, Wasserkocher etc. Das Bett war super, das Badezimmer winzig, aber die Dusche dafür in der Relation ziemlich groß. Die Lage war super zentral. Man kann viel zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erkunden, direkt um die Ecke gab es gutes Frühstück. Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend über Whatsapp.

Das Bad insgesamt war sehr klein und eng. Das Appartment lag im Erdgeschoss und daher mussten Fenster und Rollläden eher geschlossen bleiben. Leider gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt an den letzten 3 Tagen kein Internet, dass war aber wohl dem Anbieter geschuldet, der Vermieter hatte sich leider erfolglos um eine Lösung bemüht.
