War frisch renoviert!

Die Tür hat etwas geklemmt. War jetzt aber absolut kein Minuspunkt. Alles in allem war es super gemütlich, sehr sauber und zufriedenstellend!!! Immer wieder gerne!!!

Baustellenlärm

Am fost anuntata la check-in, la ora 6PM, ca trebuie sa merg intr-o alta locatie. Mi s-a comunicat cand eram deja acolo ca e o problema cu camera si ca trebuie sa merg la 15 min, in alta locatie a lor. Raspund foarte greu la mesaje, niciodata la telefon.

3 φορές μου άλλαξαν δωμάτιο και κατέληξα σε ένα στο οποίο κάνανε εργασίες. Την πρώτη μέρα κόπηκε το ρεύμα κι ενώ τους ενημέρωσα αυτοί με ρωτούσαν τί ώρα θα φύγω από το δωμάτιο το πρωί για να έρθει το συνεργείο για να συνεχίσει τις εργασίες του. Οι πετσέτες του δωματίου ήταν φθαρμένες, μαξιλαροθήκες λερωμένες με μαυρίλες. Το δρομάκι στο οποίο ήταν τα δωμάτια βρόμικο και μύριζε ουρά.

Localização, fazer bastante coisas a pé

It was a nice location and a good room. They even upgraded our room for free.

During the cleaning the never used shirt that I bought my husband was spoiled with bleach. It was brand new and somehow after the cleaning some parts of the shirt turned into pink/white. When I informed the staff about this they told me that they will investigate but never turned back. It was a brand new shirt and now useless. I don’t blame anybody but at least an apology or explanation would be nice.

Great location. Great AC.

Very flimsy walls. Very small bathroom. AC was not working, bed sheets were not clean and room smelled strongly of chloride upon arrival. Asked for a different room which was provided.
