The most beautiful view i ever had Breakfast was great.

The most important part of our trip was the staff starting with Jordan the local manager. He made sure all of our needs were met. The breakfast included with the price was exceptional which included fruits and an egg dish. We did have lunch there on one occasion. The cook/chef was name Ana (???) and she is terrific. It is a small 13 room hotel with beautiful gardens and view. The beach located at the facility is not swimmable but there is one you can walk for about 5 - 8 minutes. We did not visit it. Taxis are ready available by talking to the front desk as we went into town on several nights a quick 10 to 15 minute drive and about $5 - 7. Overall we had a wonderful stay lead by the team leader Jordan and assisted by a young lady who handles marketing. They are all beyond kind and attentive to all of our needs. If your looking for some peace and quiet with several pools to choose from, this is your place. T

This Hotel is absolutely exceptional. Jordan and his team went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable, quiet and peaceful. My room was immaculately cleaned with such attention to detail and care. The food at breakfast is delicious and affordable. The pool and pool room is beautiful and the view of the ocean from the hotel grounds is spectacular. I highly recommend a sea view room, as it was worth every penny. There is another beach a short walk through the forest and is also very beautiful, private and serene. They also include plenty of very large towels, water and clean fresh bedding every day. I was very comfortable and I will definitely stay here again as it’s quickly become my favourite place to stay in Huatulco. Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet, not a lot of people and complete serenity. It is not an all inclusive. Also, one thing to note, the ocean on location is a bit rocky but it’s beautiful and can still be sat on, if you walk through a little forest and there’s also a beautiful sand beach a short distance away. Huatulco is home to 9 different bays so there are spectacular beaches wherever you go. If you do not have a car, there are still 2 on the property that are beautiful.

The location is amazing.

We didn't like the ants, bed bugs and other insects that shared our bed. Didn't appreciate the host Tony, lying to us about the airport transport and cost. We had to ask to have our room made up, the linens changed after 3 days of a 9 day stay, the shower was cold most times and the drain remained clogged even after we had mentioned it to staff. There is no service around the facility nor the rooms or pool. Basically, we felt that the place was being run down by a staff that didn't care about us or the place they were working in.

We loved the quiet comfort of our lovely room overlooking the ocean. The staff were always efficient and our room clean and tidy.

The shower was a little retro to put it nicely. Everything worked but the water pressure was low.
