The property needs to be updated.

1. When I entered the room, it smelled as if deodorizer had been sprayed to mask the smell of cigarette smoke. 2. The door to the balcony, while it closed didn’t lock. 3. The door handle to enter the gym door (located 2 levels below in the basement) came off in my hands. 4. There were no swipe pads to enter the gym and the sauna, which means anyone from off the street can enter these areas. So security is an issue in these areas. 5. Overall the property is very dated in its decor and could benefit from being updated.

Good location, very reasonable price, clean and comfortable.

The only thing that I would suggest is to install grab bars inside of the shower/whirlpool bathtub. The tub is a cool bonus, but it’s sort of high to step over and could be dangerous for older guests.

when I first arrived the parking was not plowed, it was still covered with snow.

The location and the views were wonderful!

The restoration of the rooms was done with cheap materials, and the bedroom side tables were too large, so you couldn’t even open your door all the way. The curtains blew in your face when you walked to the bed because they were over the air conditioner and heating system, where they should’ve been down on a rod, so you can open and close them when you want. The windows were so old you could hear the wind blowing through them at night. The front room table was literally cracked on top. The alarm was literally hanging by a thread, and the oil infuser was empty. The sheets were so scratchy. I’m just shocked by where this is located and that they wouldn't spend a little more on these rooms, since people end up paying a lot a night in the summer. Thankfully, it was the off-season. This was a little hard for me to write because I’m a very positive person. Still, when you’ve been married for 36 years and want a little getaway, you want everything to be nice. Especially when you read they are modeling the place you tend to get excited , but that wasn’t our experience at all.
