The side of the tub fell off when we opened the bathroom door. Room was cold and noisy. Thought we were getting a lakeside room but no - it faced the parking lot. Not impressed at all - not worth $200/night. Compared to pictures online - this was quite a disappointment. Will not stay again.

Overall the hotel is in a very quiet area so it was possible to have some peace. I liked having a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishes in the room so there was no need to leave in order to eat and drink what I wanted. I did wash all the dishes before using them.

The carpeting in the hallway and elevator could use cleaning. There was some hair in the sink and bathtub in my room. I always travel with disinfecting wipes so felt the need to clean. I was in a room that adjoined another and someone in the other room tried to open the door which made me feel slightly unsafe. I put a chair under the door handle to feel more secure. The pool area had a weird smell.

Location was great, easy access to all that Lake Geneva has to offer

Our room was new, and pretty bare. It was supposed to accomodate 4 people, but the sitting area had one couch and a chair. No ottoman, no rug, and certainly not enough seating for 4 people. That was our biggest complaint. If you are staying somewhere for a few days, it should feel comfortable.

Staff was excellent. Provided us with a lake view upgrade at no extra charge and we didn't even ask for it! Also had our room available for check in an hour early as requested. Great location. Allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Took a while to get the TV figured out. Although the separate instructions provided by the hotel helpwd.

"It was oaky did not sleep well and he fan for the air was going running all the time."

The locatiom

The bed was really uncomfortable, and pillows were so uncomfortable. did NOT LIKE THERE WAS NO LIGHT IN THE SHOWER.

"We felt very comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. The location was perfect!"

Loved the divided living area and bedroom, t.v.'s, whirlpool tub, and shower head. Very clean.

The pool and hot tub area is dark and run-down looking. We went down every night and we were the only 2 there all week. It was just a little creepy.
