"Todo bien. Très reposant."

LA chambre était parfaite et conforme à mes attentes. Le buffet de petit déjeuner très tres bien. La piscine tres calme et bien équipée. L'équipe affectée au buffet du matin et à la piscine de l'insotel prestige (ou nous étions basé) était extremement dévouée, aimable, souriant et de bon conseil. Mention spéciale à Francis Abad que j'ai bien apprécié.

Les animations du soir: D'un niveau très très faible malgré le dévouement des animateurs Une sonorisation très mauvaise. Les commentaires uniquement en Anglais et jamais en espagnol (Minorque est espagnole !!!) Pas de soirée dansante malgré une animation par Dj après les spectacles Grosse déception de ce coté là.

O Prestige Suites é um espaço reservado dentro do Insotel Resort com recepção, restaurantes, piscina entre outros dedicados somente aos hospedes deste espaço. Assim todo o serviço e atendimento era perfeito, sem filas e com alto padrão. O quarto é praticamente uma casa com muito conforto e espaço. A localização a poucos metros da praia também é excelente.

"Amazing family holiday experience!"

The atitude from the staff members,(especially Veronica).Location,views,sport facilities,beach,turquoise water colours...amazing food quality,fresh and sweet fruits...all where just amazing,we had a great holiday!

Don't know what else can be done...maybe free drinks everywhere ;-)
