American Inn & Suites Russellville

This place is disgusting. The sheets had black marks all over them. The room stunk like mildew. The window was broken and cracked all the way across the entire window with a large gap between where it was broken. The owner started cursing when I asked for a refund that I could not let my child stay in something that nasty. Will never go back and anyone thinking of staying here should go anywhere but here.

We were there for a bass tournament and The rooms are OK, but where everyone parked their boats and plug the chargers in at the outlets it kept throwing the breaker so they need to replace the breaker because we would get up in the morning and our batteries would not be charged. That was a problem that needs attention. Other that that I will stay there again if the electrical outlets are fixed.

The price was great for a last minute booking. Also, the location meant easy to access to restaurants and getting out of town.

The attitude of the woman at the service desk when I first arrived. The room was nice at first glance, but the towels are really thin and stained. It was a place to sleep so it served its purpose.

Room was very big. Nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Everything worked in the room including the USB charging stations. Front desk person was helpful.

Online it says pet friendly but they are only pet friendly to dogs. My wife and I had our cat with us. Front desk did assist us with this for a small up charge but wouldn't have if our stay had been more than 1 night. Also it said they had truck and trailer parking spaces but they didn't and we were driving a 15 foot box truck. Parking lot is very small

The staff was so rude and unprofessional, we asked for more shampoo cause it was 6 of us, and they left one tiny soap bar and 3 Taco Bell sauce sized shampoo packs all for 6 people. When we got there he was mad about seeing us

Quiet and clean. Check in /out easy. Overall a good stay at a good price.

Very low quality bed linens and pillows. Stained bath towels. No breakfast. Charged more at check in than what the reservation was for because it was the weekend of the eclipse. I booked a year in advance for approx $65/night. The owner tried to charge over $300/night then tried to portray himself a hero by only charging $100/night. I rarely leave negative reviews but I want others to be warned of this unacceptable business.
