The location was great. It wasnt right in town ,and enough away from the city, but close enough to quickly get to the stores confidently. I loved everything about the hotel. The lobby was exceptional! I didnt even want to go to my room. This was ,by far,the best hotel ive ever stayed in. The games,pool table, lounge area,computer/study area, it was all super comfy and home feeling. Very very clean,and I also loved that the rooms are hardwood ,not carpet. The staff was super friendly ,and helpful when needed. Great experience all around. (And im from west Memphis, so I wasnt expecting this after being gone for 20+ years)

No complaints at all!
