Staff was very nice and helpful.

My biggest complaint was all the noise that could be heard through the walls and ceiling. There were two people in the next room snoring so loudly it sounded like they were in our room. I think our beds were head to head which made it worse. And everything dropped on the floor above was so loud; every footstep up there was a thud.

I liked the lady that checked me in and the bed and that was about it.

I didn't like the fact that I drove for 17 hours and had to wait an hour for a room, I didn't like how hard it was to locate the hotel, the price was extremely high for the fact that the smoke alarm in the building went off like 4 or 5 times while I was trying to sleep. And then after I was asleep I was woke up by the people in the room next to me because they were so loud. So I tried to take a shower and the water would not get hot I let it run for almost 30 minutes before it even got warm. And to top it all off I finally decided to leave because I was angry, and the lady that worked nights was rude as hell to me. So I payed 150 dollars to not get any rest, to have someone be rude to me, to not get to eat the breakfast or use the pool and I never got my money back for the deposit. Plus the battery's in the remote for the tv were dead.
