Everything was perfect as always. Thank you. We flew in for a graduation and had a great time.

Nice hotel, well kept and fairly new. Rooms were nice, clean and more than adequate. Everything worked, even the shower head and drain! Breakfast was really great and the wifi worked well. No complaints.

Our room was perfect! Very clean and spacious.

Holiday Inn Express has been my go to hotel for a long time. I have always been able to count on a clean hotel with a good breakfast in the morning to start the day. But this is the second time now that the experience has been marred with what I believe is a very deceptive practice. In traveling to The Dalles I looked to book thru the App and it said the price was $172 but when I selected the room it said there was no availability at the hotel. We went anyway and asked at the front desk if they had any rooms. There were plenty available but the cost was $250 and they would not honor the price as that was only available online. I will be changing my preferences from now on as I don't appreciate being taken advantage of.

Comfortable, clean hotel. Courteous staff. Breakfast is adequate; not spectacular but enough to get the day started.

Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The room was clean, fully stocked with all the essentials. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Not one thing was negative.

This hotel was perfect from A to Z. Every thing was ideal. Except please Make sure we were not charged twice. It appeared on our bank statement. And four hours later still is showing. We stayed only one night. Do fix this as it caused a bit of stress. Thxs.

Great rooms comfortable beds clean. Wonderful staff friendly helpful . Storm came through and lost power for a few hours staff checked on every one.

Didn’t realize not walking distance to any restaurants. Staff were very nice but took too long to check in this weary traveler. One nice young man solo on a Friday evening trying to serve three customers and answer phones all at once.
