The Reefs Resort and Club

My wife and I had a fantastic time during our stay at The Reefs. We were staying in the Point Suite and really enjoyed the views and the private hot tub. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel beach was very peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed the beach service getting plenty of food and drinks. Even on the nicest days, I did not find it hard to find seats and an umbrella. The free equipment for use was a very nice bonus as well. The food at the two restaurants was delicious and I would definitely recommend the meal plan! It covered any food that was ordered for breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit to Bermuda and The Reefs was a big part of that!

This was the sixth time back for me and wife, my family joined us on three of those trips. I love this place. The people working there are fantastic, the location is beautiful, the food at the three restaurants is great, and you get a lot included that other resorts charge extra for. Breakfast is included either buffet or food from the menu. There is afternoon tea every day. Kayaks, paddle boards, noodles, and snorkeling equipment are all included. And speaking of snorkeling, they have the best snorkeling beach in the world. It’s not called the reefs for nothing. A short swim brings you to dozens of very healthy reefs loaded with beautiful fish. The beach is beautiful and a short distance from all the rooms. Best part is you don’t have to play the stupid game of going down at 6 AM and putting towels and magazines on chairs to “reserve” them. The great staff takes care of you no matter what time you come down. FYI. Going back again next month. I love it that much.

THE OWNER AND STAFF PAID ATTENTION TO EVERY DETAIL OF OUR STAY. THEY ORGANIZED TRANSPORTAION AND MADE SURE OUR STAY WAS EXCELLENT. THE FACILTY BEACH BAR WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. THE FOOD WAS TOP NOTCH.

They need more snorkel masks for their guests or need to have guests return them daily. Three of the five days we were there, there were no masks available. We were disappointed because the reefs are right off this beach.

Our family had a wonderful time at The Reefs! The property is well-maintained and the staff very friendly. The owner, Mr. Dodwell, stopped by our table to chat, and his commitment to a great guest experience was evident.

My wife and I celebrate our fiftieth anniversary here with our entire family. This was our second time to the Reefs Hotel . I like the personal feel I get when I come here . A laid back atmosphere makes it a pleasure to come there.The staff at the Reefs were outstanding. We were treated like family. The proximity to the beach and other amenities was outstanding. Food and drinks were excellent. We will be going there again .

The included breakfast was excellent, you could sample the buffet while still ordering off the breakfast menu. Both restaurants offered a variety of options. The meals all came out well prepared, the quality was excellent, as was the service. If staying do book the Thursday night beach bbq well in advance, it sells out and is worth the experience.

Nothing, it is a must book vacation.
