The Reefs Resort and Club

As always a memorable and relaxing trip. Love the views, the beach, the pool and the restaurants. Rooms could use some sprucing up. Just wish they would give 2 bottles of water daily. This year the "jug" water which was available on property did not taste great.

Beautiful resort in perfect location with their own amazing beautiful primate beach! Two great restaurants Solaris being my favorite excellent! The breakfast that was included was outstanding every day and the staff is superb! The photos look exactly like it is in real life - highly recommend!

Bermuda is paradise 2 hours from where I live and the staff and locals at the reefs made our stay beyond perfect. Great food and great times.

My wife and I stayed at The Reefs again last week and were reminded why we keep coming back. It's simply the best boutique hotel on the island. Sure, there are a lot of new/reimagined properties that have opened recently, but none can compete with The Reefs in terms of location - especially the onsite beach, which is one of the best on the island. Everything about the hotel just feels warm, gracious and relaxing. It's hard to put a finger on it, but here are just a few examples: - Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and will address you by name. We did not see a single disgruntled worker anywhere, no matter what they were doing. Everyone we spoke to was both friendly and helpful - front desk, housekeeping, bell staff, restaurant servers, beach attendants, etc. When we came down to the beach late in the day and all of the umbrellas were taken, one of the beach guys immediately set up a new one for us! - The quality of the food was very impressive, even relative to previous visits. Menu selections were varied, presentation was artful and the blending of flavors was surprisingly creative. Their cocktail menu was equally intriguing. We ate several meals at the beachside restaurant, including one dinner on the beach itself. There are not many places in Bermuda where you can have dinner with your toes in the sand! - The property is extremely well maintained. Furnishings are new, indoor and outdoor spaces are very clean, and everything is kept in working order. It's not easy to maintain buildings that are this close to the ocean, and not all properties do it this well. This may seem trivial, but the air conditioning in our room was very powerful but extremely quiet. In many other hotels the loud AC can keep you up at night!

The resort was very nice but not overly opulent which was what we were looking for as we wanted something to fit the culture of Bermuda. The staff were all extremely kind, helpful and courteous. The beauty and the views were priceless.

The secluded beach and beautiful water was wonderful! The resort staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant options were convenient and enjoyable. We had a relaxing family vacation and enjoyed the location. Easy to explore most areas of the island when staying at this resort. We would definitely come back.

Private beach with an outdoor restaurant was very nice and convenient. Beautiful view from the room with ample seating, comfortable bed, good AC. Easy access to bus across the street and seamless transportation to the airport. Loved this place!

The private beach was amazing.

The entire staff (owner, management, front desk, servers, bell hop, and housekeeping) was outstanding. Everyone extended a warm welcome and treated us like family and friends for our entire stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I loved sitting on the beach and watching the playful, white Longtail birds The beach is a 2 minute walk from the rooms, so there is no waiting or scheduling a shuttle. We have stayed at 5 resorts in Bermuda, and The Reefs is our favorite. We cannot wait to go back again in March.
