staff was not attentive, we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for somebody to come and turn the sauna on, after we requested it multiple times. We booked spa time (which we thought would have included a proper spa), but they only have a sauna and they took for granted we would have wanted a 90 minutes deep tissue massage (which we never mentioned), Food was really good, but general hotel service is more like a 3 stars rather than 5.

Unfortunately Nobu Hotel Warsaw was disappointment and cannot be compared to my previous stays in other Nobu Hotels. Even thou I had a suite, the room was already missing pieces from doors, overall ventilation was bad and the room was missing the "premium" feeling. Service was like in any other 3 star hotel in Warsaw, and for example breakfast (That normally is topnotch in Nobu Hotels) was server cold and waitress collected dished immediately when you didn't hold them in your hands.

As a hotels.com gold member, a room upgrade was offered by the hotel, so was the Late Check Out. We also got two free cocktails from the trendy hotel bar. Hotel is very modern with very comfortable bed (form mattress?) Really enjoyed my stay here. If I were to return to warsaw I'd stay here again.
