"Brand new design hotel "

Brand new ultra clean hotel with a fashionable clientele. Beautiful design highlighting Japanease minimalism in the new wing and Polish art deco in the classic wing. Small well designed gym om top floor and happening vibe in bar and restaurant. Bespoke delicious coctails. Spotty service at the front deak and restaurant but cleaning staff if very nice and thourough. Central location in a walking neighborhood.

"High end deaign with spotty service"

High end minimalist design and super lux bedding. Service is cold and somewhat unprofessional for a 5 star hotel, during breakfast waitress wouldnt provide coffee and insisted on making my own flat white from a capsule....exactly like a motel 6 in the states or a hostel. Just silly. But beautiful hotel in happening and central location.

"Go Nobu "

My girlfriend and I both enjoyed our stay at the Nobu Hotel in Warsaw. The breakfast menu was great and we both enjoyed the gym facility.

Amazing experince. Ewa and Paulina made my stay so easier and great. They might reconsider their restaurant room service working hours again because they close the kitchen entirely at 21:30 and during pandemic it might be a bit early. Other than that everything was amazing

"Not recommended "

It was my first stay in this hotel. I wanted to try it after using for many years two other hotels during my stay in Warsaw. The first experience was terrible, and it destroyed my stay. When I entered the lobby, there were 5 hotel employees and myself. Just after me, a lady came without wearing a face cover, which is mandatory by law. Nobody even bothered to react. I was even more surprised that after my reaction, workers still thought that nothing happened. I travel a lot, but such behavior I haven't seen since the pandemic started, anywhere. On top of this, the kettle was not working, and there was only super hot water coming out of the shower. I do not recommend this hotel.
