Great place right on the beach. Nice views on both sides and great pools. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Id definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and gave great suggestions for nearby dining options.

I used to spend vacations once or twice a year in Saida with my family (Wife and Kids) about 25 or 30 years ago, i cant believe that so many years later the facilities are in such a great shape, the Tennis courts, and the pools, and even the rooms, it’s like a time travel

Our stay at this location was above our expectations by far! The photos on their website were supposed to reflect the room type we booked, but we were happily surprised to see what our room actually looked like upon arrival. We had 8 people in our party and everyone fit comfortably with plenty of extra space! Our room overlooked the main pool and tennis courts. There's 3 pools so people weren't so crowded into one with so many condos surrounding them. It didn't feel congested at the smaller pools. The larger one has a bar on the deck, so it was to be expected that that one would have been the most popular choice of pool. The staff at the front desk at check-in was amazingly informative and courteous. The maintenance gentleman was quick to address our report of the light fixtures being broken in the rooms. The security guards being present were a HUGE plus! With the craziness of the world today, seeing security at the front gate when we arrived made us feel that our vehicles were going to be safe during our stay. Then, upon entering the building, another security was in the lobby. Double plus! Our rooms were right passed the front desk, but it was relatively quiet throughout our stay. The only complaint we had was when a younger maintenance man was basically yelling to a coworker just outside of our kitchen window at about 6am which woke my husband up in anger. After he told the man to quiet down his raucous and that people were sleeping, he did get quieter.

Amenities are great. Beach is nice too.

Overall it was a great place

At first entry i was excited because the room was pretty big and looked nice. Then i noticed how old and outdated the furniture was and how dirty it was. Then we noticed the foul odor coming from the bathroom and kitchen. It smelled HORRIBLE like rotten eggs. I called the desk and they knew what it was and didnt seem bothered and sent someone upstairs with baking soda, bleach and fabuloso to pour down all the drains and on the floors and corners. It didnt help. It still smelled like rotten eggs. Also, the floors are tiled and were soaking wet if i ever opened the balcony door or if the ac was turned off and depending on the person below me room temp. It was gross and weird. I slipped and hurt my back and i had to literally use towels to walk around the room. I called again and told them and the guy said we had to make sure our room stayed cold and the doors stood closed. My husband has bad asthma and the cold room was not good for him. The pools in the back were very dirty and not maintained. Luckily i only stood there for 2 days. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and i wish i had better things to say about the actual experience.

The property was excellent. We absolutely loved our rooms & were happy with the access to the beach & the 3 pools. We loved it so much we're actually looking into purchasing a condo there.
