Falta de estacionamiento. El auto debe quedarse a unas calles del hotel porque sobre la cual está no está permitido. Y $40 USD por noche me pareció demasiado.

"Wonderful area lots a places within walking distance of the hotel, decor fun and colorful with exceptional customer serv"

The ambience was amazing great vibe with a beautiful rooftop bar. The customer service was exceptional I got text messages asking if I needed anything and I said I needed towels and they sent someone up immediately!

Location was in a great spot had an amazing view of downtown Phoenix and I loved counting the planes coming into the airport. The rooftop had an amazing view and food. The hotel was clean and quiet, highly recommend.

"Nice cool place but breakfast needs improvement"

The stay was good but was negatively affected by bad breakfast experience; The breakfast was terrible and expensive; the capucino I ordered was gross; the waitress tried to adress the issue and was trying to fix it but machine must have been broken; the eggs were undercooked and came on a plate that was wet with standing cook water and they charged me for hashbrowns which were a replacement of potatoes supposedly included; toast was served 8 minutes before eggs. The staff overall was kind and great; but they seemed understaffed in breakfast area; kind and helpful and trying but couldnt rescue the bad food.
