"Great location for First Friday!"

The hotel felt modern and our rooms were very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. There is a large refrigerator in the room and the bathroom was very nice with a walking shower. The hotel is located in a great spot that is walking distance to Roosevelt Row where there are several restaurants, breweries, and bars. This is a great spot to stay at if you are thinking about spending the night in Phoenix after First Friday.

The only thing we did not like was that there is no self parking at the hotel and they only offer valet. I recommend calling in advance to check out rates. If you do not wish to do valet you have to park in the neighboring streets and parking can get limited.

It was very central located , great Staff, Rose was amazing , very welcoming and it was very clean
