Stayed here for a couple of days, and the service was great.. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped.

They did not pick up my calls. they told me they did not have a booking.

They did not accept my booking. not answering the phone. My wife and 3-year-old son were hopeless. we came from Sri Lanka. I do not recommend this hotel booking.

Place is far off from Howrah railway station, although on Booking.com it says only 8 km. In reality it is over 18 km. A dingy property. Lift is so small that either the guest or the luggage fit in. Staff are ill mannered. Tap water filled in mineral water was given in the rooms. I was travelling with family and had requested for adjacent rooms but at the time of check in at 11.30 PM, we were given one room on 2nd floor and another on 3rd floor!! When I asked for refund of advance amount, they started making "n" number of excuses. I strongly advise Booking.com to delist this property from their site.
