It was my worst experience checking in to this hotel.

The room and bathroom was filthy. Unprofessional staff. When I asked for a refund or even a partial refund, it was outright denied.

The staff is courteous and attentive. Staff is polite. clean room Front desk staff bappa made our stay comfortable!!

Both rooms had ACs in them. The living room has a sofa set for sitting. The complimentary Wi-Fi speed was decent, though I faced some intermittent connection issues. The washroom was okay as well. The staff behaved nicely. The visa center and a mall are just 5 minutes away.

The lounge/living room had no lock in it to lock it from outside when you are away. This raises major security concerns. The inside latch on this door was too challenging to use. The bed sheets were stained, and the towel had holes in it. The toilet shower jet was also leaking a bit, and the rooms had seepage and a bad smell due to it. The cupboard also smelled bad, so I didn't even use it. I didn't like the "poori bhaji" breakfast; the "poori" were made of "maida / plain flour" and were served cold.

Most comfortable stay in recent times. The host is very friendly
