Clean and comfortable room.

Difficult to get transport to the airport in the early morning when the airport shuttle does not operate. Taxis come in from central Perugia so you don’t really benefit from being close to the airport (it costs approximately 40/50euros for a 1.4km / 3 minute drive). We asked the host if they could help us book a taxi to the airport the night before our flight. We had been experiencing difficulty arranging a taxi ourselves due to the language barrier. The host initially said they would help us, but then just gave us a cab number to call. The taxi company we booked on the host’s recommendation the night before our flight did not show up (Perugia taxis) leaving us stranded and in a stressful situation before our flight. We ended up having to walk 25/30 minutes to the airport through main roads to catch our flight. There is also no food on sight and no nearby restaurants, the closest one is about a 20 minute walk and it was not possible to walk there at night due to lack of street lights.

Property is really well designed, gorgeous and clean! Shower is one of the best we had in Europe. Awesome breakfast. Perfect location for someone who is travelling in Umbria, close to Perugia and Assisi.

Stylish decor, tastefully furnished, beautiful landscaped garden, distant views of Assisi. Great breakfast as well with homemade cakes and fresh products. We had the junior suite which was much bigger than expected.

A bit distant from Perugia city Centre; otherwise perfect.

I loved this property and would highly recommend. The room was very comfortable and clean, the grounds beautiful and serene and staff were friendly and kind. The location was very convenient to many places - Perugia, Assisi and many other cute towns in Umbria. Definitely 5 stars all around.

The peace and quiet of the location. Everything about the accommodation was excellent with the exception of my comments below. All of the staff were brilliant and I loved the freedom to come and go as we pleased. Easy to access main roads.

There wasn't a safe in our room and the balcony was not at all private. The room could have benefited from having shelving near the sockets.

La colazione è ottima, la camera (suite il bacio) favolosa, spaziosa e pulitissima. La posizione consente di raggiungere Assisi in 15 minuti e anche altre località come Spello e Perugia in pochissimo tempo. Il giardino è curato, la piscina a idromassaggio è il pezzo forte. Una fuga di relax adatta per disintossicarsi dalla vita quotidiana.

Beautiful garden n pool n patio. Breakfast on the patio was a delight n owners were very clear w video instructions n upon arrival got us nice cold bubbly water on a hot summer nite. 👍🫠
