Wonderful stay next to Perugia, in a very quiet area. The property is extremely well maintained and re-designed, and the hosts can be really proud of their result. The hosts are very kind and helpful, offered help when we needed. The room was the most comfortable stay in our vacation. The property is pristine, very safe, with lots of options to relax in tranquility. The breakfast was plenty and fresh. The host's mother is an excellent cook, and the freshly made pies are mouthwatering. Nice restaurants in the proximity. Grocery store across the street.

Very quiet location near the airport. Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Friendly service and lovely breakfast with fresh figs picked from the trees in the garden. Perfect for the overnight stay we required.

Beautiful, comfortable B&B. We had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately I had to work the entire time we were there, and the weather was not the best either to go places in the afternoon, so we literally spent all the time in the hotel. Good internet, I could conduct my video meetings too. Relaxing, beautiful garden with pools (although wasn’t open yet). Helpful owner, we are on the road for a few months and he helped to do my laundry. Checked up on us during the day, and since I was also working downstairs at the breakfast area, offered coffee in the afternoon too.

With all due respect, breakfast is a little simple, and becomes a bit boring to eat the same for 5 days. It’s mostly sweet cakes and tarts, sweet croissant and ham and cheese if you want. While I believe it’s all home made and high quality, we just prefer different things, it’s nothing personal. If you want to have some eggs too, it’s €5 extra per person, which I found a little greedy and unnecessary. I also don’t like when the hotel owner keeps telling me to give maximum rating, just because he went the extra mile in something. I don’t like to be forced on this, it takes away from the experience and I feel like I owe them. If the experience is good you don’t need to ask for good ratings, it’s given automatically. This is just my personal opinion, and it doesn’t change the fact that we would be happy to return here, because we had a good time, it’s a beautiful place where you can relax and disconnect, close to Perugia but away from the crowd.

It's a fantastic place to stay and visit Perugia and the area of Umbria. The B&B feels like a 4 star hotel. It's quite new and the interior design is simply awesome. Moreover, you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast and a lovely garden. The owner were so sweet and helpful. We can absolutely recommend a stay here.

The property is so beautiful! Everything was super clean and our room had a little balcony that got a lot of sunshine and had a nice view. The breakfast was also lovely and great value for money.

The location. This is definitely more our fault for not checking properly but it’s definitely a place you need a car for to get anywhere. The nearest restaurant was a fifteen minute walk down a road with no pavement. It’s also a shame the swimming pool was being cleaned when we were there (not the owners fault, it had just been raining and I was happy to see it was being cleaned)!
