Sunrise Inn Hershey

WiFi service was sluggish to none existent. TV should have the ability to access Apps. No fitted sheet on the bed , had a sheet just laying loose. For the price everything was ok.

Bed was comfortable shower was ok

We had stayed here several times each time the front desk lady would be ruder and act as if we were a bother to her for renting a room each morning before check out around 7:00 a.m. The staff would be outside our room talking laughing loudly knocking on our door before checkout time I guess they wanted to get done cleaning rooms early we didn't complain about the room we rented that the lights didn't work or the tv and another room we rented didn't have a microwave front desk would say they didn't have rooms available if they didn't why would booking .com confirm our reservation? the last morning stayed there there was a note on door telling us that there was a change in renting a room there you now need a major credit card to check in which she knows we do not have It seems like she is over worked and maybe if she doesn't like her job she should change occupations

I found a red stain in the carpet, a cockroach in the bathroom and another one on the sink

It was horrific, transients living there. There were air conditioners lying about on the property with other debris. There was no pool and the photos were absolutely from a better time. Didn’t feel safe, booked with another hotel. Wi fi was spotty. Modems were strung up around the hotel on the outside. Very run down , not at all what I expected and the price was 3 times over what they charge directly. Smelled like cigarettes . Couldn’t even think about laying my head down on there pillows and sheets.

Room smelled like smoke. Blankets were too thin felt like you were sleeping with a curtain

The room was decent. Could have had a little more upkeep

The place smelled horrible like old stale cigarettes and mildew. AC parts all over the place, the stairs to the room felt like and looked like it was going to crumble. The pool was run down out of commission. Lots of upkeep needs to be done. I didn't feel safe for my wife but it was only one night.

i liked where the property was located and that the staff was nice.

i didn’t like how dingy everything looked, the staff opening my door on their own an hour before check out, a cockroach we found in the tub and went down the drain, the fact that they didn’t have comforters
