Sunrise Inn Hershey

Smelled like smoke in the room only to find out on check out day that two women cleaning were actively smoking cigarettes in the rooms they were trying to clean. Those women aggressively knocked on our door and told us check out was at 11:00 well before we had to be out and we’re talking insanely loud outside all morning. Parking was terrible and once the normal spots got taken up you are stuck with unsafe parking on a slant up against a fence. The bathroom was clearly full of mold and the paint on all the walls and ceiling were bubbling up underneath from all the water and mold collecting underneath it. Would never recommend this Inn to anyone. I understand we got a cheap place because we needed to save money so we shouldn’t have expected much but we both left the facility sick. It took about 48 hours for us to be healthy again after breathing in so much mold and smoke.

It was convenient to the concert at Hershey stadium. Surprised to have coffee and fresh fruit available for breakfast. When I asked for new towels we were given them with no problem.

The first set of towels were stained, and the second set were covered in little black hairs. Although the facility is smoke free, you can tell someone had been smoking in our room, and the balconies were filled with people smoking.

Cigarette holes in the bed spread, skid marks in the toilet, world’s hardest bed, and a lock on the door that doesn’t work.

Cons: the room smelled like stale smoke/ stuffy Walls, ceiling tiles, cabinetry could use work. For instance the handle to the fridge was a piece of wood frame. Pros: Excellent price, clean room, friendly staff and close to many things in Hershey. Overall: I didn’t pay for a luxury suit and I didn’t get one. I paid a minimal price and got a bed, tv, microwave, toilet and shower that worked well. It saved me a trip home from a late night show where I was drinking. I would go again.

The location was great.

The room wasn’t super clean and there were roaches in the bathroom area.

Not a good breakfast

Bathtub needs gripper mats top series slippery it can Use gripper bars in the shower. There's an accident waiting to happen. Somebody's gonna get hurt.
