Sunrise Inn Hershey

Our room wasnt as bad as some of the other reviews. Bedding and bathroom were clean. We did not experience any bugs. Staff was friendly. We were beside the front office so i was kinda loud. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again

The management and front desk was absoutly TERRIBLE. I tried to cancel this reservation for 5 days before the date, NO ONE got back to me via email or text.

The management and front desk service and facilities were disgusting.

The staff were so helpful and friendly they treated us like family and it's convenient to everything the room was great my sister and I loved it so much we're going to stay there again

Everything was perfect even the parking

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, beds were comfy

The ONLY thing we liked was that the check-in lady was very nice, she called to make sure we were checking in, and treated us well. That's where the compliments end

As soon as we came into the room, we were greeted by the smell of must and dirt. Upon further inspection (or just looking around) we found that the TV box was infested with roaches and eggs. Multiple crawled out and around the TV, there were more in the bathroom and on the window, disgusting. But that wasn't even the worst part, it was at 1 AM when a stranger (another vacationer) burst into our room using A DIFFERENT KEY CARD, WHILE THE DOOR WAS LOCKED. needless to say we were terrified and are never coming back, we immediately packed up and got another hotel for the next day. Do not stay here.

Easy to get to.

Upon arrival I was greeted by staff not so pleasantly. I was then given the key to my room and when I got in there, there was mouse poop everywhere. I legitimately could not use the shower because it was covered in mouse poop. Also, the air conditioning was being held up by 2 Campbells' soup cans and there were holes in the bedding.

Thought I was getting a good deal at 58.00 for the night. However my experience was totally not worth the price. I found 2 water bugs scurrying around the sink and toilet. The floors were dirty as well as the bathtub. The bed was supposed to be a queen but was more like a full. With a very squeaky frame and pretty uncomfortable. There was no heat or air working in the room. So I basically spent that money on a shower and watched a little TV. I left approximately 3 hours of being there. Very disappointed. I stayed there once before and had no complaints.

I did not stay. I walked in and saw how trashy and smelly it was in the staff was super unprofessional. I had to book another room and a town where every hotel was booked and had to spend three times what I already planned.
