My wife and I stayed at ABVI over the Labor Day weekend. We truly had a great time visiting Hyannis and it was all due to ABVI. Perfect location, walkable to anything we needed everyday. Staff was great from Check-In with friendliness, polite/courteous, pool hours information, local events, and directions. Outstanding for sure! Cleanliness is clearly priority here. From the room to the outdoor and pools areas. That’s right, I just typed “pools” because this place has two of ‘em. Outdoor and indoor heated. Choose this spot. Hands down great in every category! We will be back soon.

Great location on Main Street. Just park and you can walk to shops, restaurants and attractions! The Melody Tent is only 1.4 miles away. Since this place is a motel, you have to walk outside to get to the indoor pool and front desk, which can be inconvenient in bad weather. The floors are vinyl not carpet and there is an air conditioner located practically on the floor and the controls are on the bottom which is very inconvenient. This place is OK for a place to sleep for 1 night. It is not a place I would spend a week at.

The motel was convenient to everything especially on Main Street lotta restaurants shopping train station bus station and the beach was five minutes away. Excellent choice.

The property looked like it was a room from the 1960's. The area around the room had seagulls defecating all over the parking lot. We checked in thinking the room would be in better condition. We returned the keys to the desk attendant and told him we were not happy with the room. Lost the $250.00 we paid for 2 nights.
