Great value

We had a great stay! The room was great for what we needed. The air conditioner was super loud and kept waking us up during the first night but after that we switched it to fan during the night and all was fine. I wish we could have streamed more channels or connected our phones to watch something else because there weren’t too many channels to choose from but it wasn’t a make or break for us (especially since we spent most time out of the room). The chairs by the pool were nice and we really enjoyed how convenient it was to walk around Main Street from the hotel. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short and the front desk staff were understanding and we were able to get a refund for the day we no longer could stay. Overall great stay and would consider staying there again in the future.

Unfortunately all I smelled was marijuana from the people smoking outside on the lower level. The room was dirty, sheets and pillows had hair on it that was not mine. AC was off, room was humid and smelled musty.

Perfect location, so close to everything in Hyannis including downtown and the harbor. The rooms were dated but decent and clean. Bed comfortable. We didn’t have a microwave but saw them in some rooms so were a bit confused. The pool area were both kept clean and always towels but they need a major redo. Very dated and the outdoor pool was cracked and falling apart a bit. 5 stars for the staff though. All so kind and friendly. The housekeeping staff was all smiles and friendly as well.

Mold all over Air conditioner and mold all over bathroom.

The room is very very old the bedding was very old the rug was old the phone is across the room. When we checked in I had call to request first floor two room together I ended upstairs I’m handicap the Rylan is shaky not secure and slippery. Trying to hold on the bathroom is disgusting. The tub is yellow. You have to like practically get in the tub to close or open the door overall, I would never ever stay here and no one I ever ever recommend anybody staying here.

Run down, beat up bedside table, stained bed spread, plastic toilet seat pealing, brown cobwebs in batbroom, dirty and very noisy AC, room stank. The bathroom tile job is bad, crack in shower. Very over rated and over priced Motel.

Great place

For the inexpensive price, you get what you pay for. A lot of commercial trucks and big vans in the parking lot, due to the price. For the most part they keep the property clean, but you can see that it can easily go the other way.

WiFi is spotty at best and air conditioning was full of black mold. Was able to move rooms and that ac had less mold but still moldy.
