Immer wieder gut. Neu renoviert!

Hotel an sich, Zimmer und Bett ok! Beim Frühstücksbuffet war es aber eher schwierig Abstand zu anderen Gästen einzuhalten und es waren auch einige Gäste, die das mit dem sinnvollen Tragen einer Maske wohl nicht verstanden hatten. Aber dafür kann ja das Hotel nicht wirklich was!

KEIN SAFE FÜR EINEN LAPTOP IST EIN NO-GO!! Das die Minibar nicht bestückt wird, ist ja noch okay - aber KEIN Trinkglas im Zimmer geht nicht!!! Insgesamt benötigt das Hotel dringend eine Renovierung.

Sehr netter Service, tolle Lage des Hotels am Main, sehr ruhig.

My room was clean and quiet (off the main road!). It is well equipped but has already some years behind. The breakfast room looks like a cantine, not very cosy! Breakfast was OK, warm and cold buffet. They offer an environmental friendly option for reduced room service which I like!

The Hotel Wilder Mann is outside the city center of Aschaffenburg. You can walk to the downtown area near the castle in about 15 minutes. The hotel is VERY European with very small showers. Be careful not to hit the water handle in the shower with your back side. The water is basically boiling temperature. The beds only have a comforter and pillow without a top sheet which is typical European. The hotel room layout is almost a maze with halls going in all directions. Several places are stairs only even if you take the elevator (lift) to your floor. The restaurant food is above average with a post WWII atmosphere. They have an American / German breakfast with all the trimmings. I have stayed many times over the years and have grown to enjoy with each visit.
