Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas

No facilities at hotel. The restaurant was closed, which we expected. The information on booking.com stated that there was a free shuttle to their partner hotel, based on this we decided to book at this hotel. The shuttle was not available, we were told it had been discontinued years ago. The hotel staff said this was booking.coms fault that it was advertised. However the hotel's directory of services in the room stated there was a free shuttle, so it was not booking.coms error. In addition, the bar was closed during the period we were there, we had not been notified of this. The vending machine was empty so there was no food or drink available at the hotel. We had to pay $6 per person each way to go to their partner hotel in a taxi to get anything to eat or drink. Abysmal and the staff did not care.

The staff was very nice, so was the cleaning ladies. The views to the hotel was great. Over all the rooms were clean.

The hotel doors didn’t lock. There was a gap in the door frames. Moldy spots on the bathroom tile. We had to call the maintenance to fix the door with WD40. There were cats everywhere. The shower fixtures were old and rusty. Not enough parking. Too many pot holes. No cable . They need to upgrade the entire hotel rooms especially have to upgrade the bathroom fixtures . New doors. Wood peeling on doors.

The location is right near the airport. Don’t even have to rent a car. You just have to walk across the street and around the bend.

It was dated and a little shabby for my taste. The staff was accommodating, but not friendly.

Please be aware they have ROACHES! This is equivalent to a 2 star hotel!! You can’t receive refunds no matter what! The rooms have no AC also. Cleanliness is just not top tier

We stayed here because our flights were cancelled and it's literally right behind the airport.

The hotel has very few amenities. The main amenity it its proximity to the airport. Otherwise there's a bar with very few options - don't expect to catch a vibe. Also, our room leaked. We woke up to water covering the floor and coming down from the ceiling and we had to use a trash can to catch the water. The walls were stained and the bathroom was dirty. The television picked up mayyyybe four channels, and only three had working sound.
