The bed was comfortable

Inadequate power outlets in room. - none close to the bed. Bathroom door lock damaged so it cant be securely shut Shower handle broken off Given my surgically repaired back there were too many steps to get to my room. Nobody to assist with luggage.

"Fine as a last resort."

Close to airport. Nice to have a pool but the area a round the pull is very run down. The beds and towels were clean and confortable enough.

Very run down facility. We stayed Friday and Saturday night and there was a very loud party in the car park both nights. No food on site. Vending machine to get water was broken and water not supplied in the rooms. Loud air conditioning units. If the price point is very high for the quality you recieve.

The location and the villa

Nothing - other than the front desk staff were great!

It is a rundown hotel in an okay location. Potable water needed to be procured from the front desk. Their water jug ‘broke the previous day’ which we didn’t believe for a second! The sliding door in our room was immovable. The shower was leaky and the tiles were cracked. The onsite bar and restaurant were clearly long closed. I felt like we were misled
