Faraway Jackson Hole

Nothing was open! All the amenities I paid for. Every thing was closed !! Awefull!!

Absolutely amazing. Customer service was fantastic, we had a small issue with checking in the wrong room. Marty wanted to make it right and he even upgraded us to a suite. The room was beautiful. They are doing construction in the hotel so we couldn’t use the amenities but we were able to use the amenities at the hotel next door. The noise from the construction never bothered us. Everything in Teton village is very walkable from snake river, all the tours we did offered pick up and drop off so it worked great for us!

I recognize that they are in the process of remodeling, but the overall experience was disappointing! Nothing worked-the in room refrigerator was broken, none of the ice machines worked, the air conditioning was sub par. I’m hopeful these issue will resolve themselves after the remodeling is finished, but for our stay I felt like I should have chosen a different hotel.

Very friendly staff

The manager and Oriole who worked here were excellent. Very nice and helpful. The room was great. It had lots of room and convenient to the Tetons and Jackson hole. The room was extremely clean and we had a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, the construction that’s happening is very inconvenient. All three nights I was woken up between 6am-630am with sounds of construction trucks beeping as they backed up. Any of the amenities you have to walk to get to the other hotels. The “sister hotel” is a wreck as well. The cost to stay at this property far exceeds the accommodations that are available. Staff is incredibly professional and helpful but the situation is less than desirable for a vacation!

I think our stay would have been better but the property was under construction. I expected more when we arrived, but there was no lobby. Once finished I believe it will be a better experience.

Beautiful lodge, would stay there again.

The hotel is under construction and was dusty everywhere. The hotel management is not sufficiently prepared to run a hotel. There is no pool or restaurant available. There is only one elevator for the entire hotel, and it doesn't let you park in front of the hotel. You have to park in a public parking lot and walk to the hotel. There is very little professionalism and there is no cleanliness.
