Faraway Jackson Hole

On Friday the 4th of July around 6:30 we came in and the gate was down, I got out the car and ask the lady at the front desk to lift the gate and she said there were no parking spaces, there were two spots, I asked why not, there were 2 spots and she say that were designated for handicaps, there no signs to indicate that. She said sarcastically that if I was in that category she would let me, I said she put a sign that indicates handicaps and she responded “I don’t have to” The rest of the staff were very nice, they went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Staff were amazingly nice and kind and knowledgeable and friendly. I also liked the location and having the jacuzzi in the room.

The property was undergoing renovation during my stay. The lobby was moved and the restaurant, etc. are closed. The server was down when I checked in, and they had to manually open my room to let me in (it was fixed within 24 hours). The property and the rooms are a bit "tired" and worn. I suppose part of this is due to it being a ski resort, but for example, the rugs and bath mat in my room are old and need replacing (room $333).

Easy to get to, out dated, needs a refresh, liked the bathroom layout with shower.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Super friendly and very helpful staff. Unfortunately, the hotel was going under construction so we didn’t get to experience any of their amenities and I wasn’t notified of it until after booking. Room was decent, but the one next to me was getting some maintenance and the workers were loud and slamming doors past 10pm. We also kept being waking up by working trucks outside almost everyday.

Room was fantastic Staff friendly and informative.

Pool and hot tub was closed due to renovation taking place. We were informed prior to arriving and the sister hotels facilities were available.

The staff was very helpful. Very apologetic for so many of the amenities not being available. They are doing a major remodeling. We only stayed one night. So it wasn’t a big deal. It was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. TV worked great. I was grateful we only had one night due to so much of the facilities not being available. It’s understandable, but it’s still a bummer. I imagine after the completion of the restoration. It will be a wonderful place to stay all around.

Paid $750 for a stay here and the had zero amenities available. When I have to pay “resort” fees for a hotel that offers literally zero amenity, that’s a rip. The hotel is under a rebuild/ remodel so spa, pool were not accessible; no restaurant available; parking was limited; nothing else was there.
