"Good but some issues"

Next to NEC, nice staff, very clean, modern, great shower

Breakfast although buffet pretty poor compared to most not even fried eggs. Air conditioning in room worked but kept a temperature of 19-20 degrees fine for day time but night this is ridiculously warm and couldn’t reduce so poor nights sleep 2 days spent they don’t have their own car park but £45 which included the discount is too much

Breakfast was lovely.

We had a curry for evening meal. Poppadoms were out of a packet like crisps not fresh. I didn't think the meal was value for money. More like a ready meal.
