Always great have stayed here many times now

Rooms a little bit warm this time as no air con but a fan was supplied

Clean, tidy, modern

Food wasn’t great, overpriced for what we got

Location was perfect. Parking was easy

Noise, smell and toilet didn’t work and had running water for most the night

Lovely rooms very clean. Good shower

Food & drinks were not good but luckily there’s a big building a 5 min walk full of restaurants and bars. Can’t get a package delivered to reception which was inconvenient as we were doing a show at the NEC

Absolutely lovely staff, excellent rooms, so much variety for breakfast, really friendly staff, the hang out area downstairs was really welcoming and being 2min walk to the NEC was super handy. Will be booking again thank you

Nothing everything was great

It had everything you need and was super practical.

The gym was a little small.

An excellent hotel. No notes.

TV’s wifi connection didnt work No fridge in the room No slippers No hairdryer Not even a phone to call reception to ask for help There was hair in the sink and bin was not emptied..
