Overpriced because of its close location. I was "upgraded" on arrival to a family room (even though it was just me) ended up being an accessible room so no bath and big wet room.i had to ensure I didnt knock the emergency cords! No.nesprrsso.pods provided for the machine. Everything else was replenished but these. Only noticed in the early morning when I went to male coffee.

Clean, modern hotel in a convenient location for the NEC. The room was comfortable, quiet and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the hotel providing a fridge in my room (thanks Jordan!) when I explained that I needed to keep food and medication chilled. The breakfast offered a good range of options, and the hotel worked well as a base for attending the Big Bang Fair over several days.

Not the property as such, however being confirmed to the NEC as I came by train, prices overall were high. I don’t even pay a lot of these prices in London and as a student, not much option to find alternative.

Quirky. Nice little touches that makes it stand out. Very close to NEC. Good breakfast.
