If you're attending an event at the NEC that's hosted in Hall 5 or any of the other surrounding Halls, then look no further than Moxy for accommodation, since it's located just outside the main entrance. The hotel itself has a fun and vibrant atmosphere and I was lucky enough to get a room with a stunning view of the lake, which provided a nice calming space whenever I needed a break. The food was delicious, especially breakfast, the staff were wonderful (I wish to add a big thank you to the bar staff who made my tasty Passion Fruit Paradise mocktail on my last night) and I love how each floor has a communal ironing room, which was helpful for prepping my costumes for AnimeCon. Moxy, you have a new fan and I will definitely use you again next time I'm at the NEC!

Location great for going to see Barry manilow , staff nice room good , food lovely .

When we went to get a towel out of bathroom there was brown mucky marks on it . So told staff they apologised and said would change it but didn’t plus we were going that day . Also asked if could have more milk sachet they didn’t have any so a staff member was meant to bring some but didn’t .

I liked the layout of the rooms but i really loved the bathroom. That shower was amazing. I would book a room just to use the shower haha.

Beds were a little harder than I like but thats more my preference really.
