The location was great. Staff were fabulous, particularly Lauren went above and beyond, great customer service

Rooms could do with a little spruce up, furniture is a little shabby, didn’t affect our comfort or stay though

Staff. Due to work the location of the hotel is perfect. However, the staff are excellent. Lauren the manager is very professional, friendly and welcoming. I do stay here alot, and this is because I'm made to feel comfortable in my surroundings.

The place, especially the bathrooms and restaurant area could do with a touch up here and there. But for the money you pay, its worth it.

"Just what I needed for my work trip."

Staff member on reception, I believe she may have been the operations manager? She was fantastic, really went above and beyond. The hotel is just around the corner from Derby station, maybe 5-8 minute walk so really convenient as many direct routes out of Derby.

The hotel is getting a bit old, threadbare carpets etc, but it is clean and presentable.
