"Great location, short walk to the city centre, friendly staff, nice room and comfy bed."

"Served a purpose but I won’t be back."

The location was good for what I needed. Everything seemed clean, although very tied.

Very old creaky beds. In need of a bit of tlc. Water pressure in shower was awful and it was cold. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. No hairdryer in the room and was told “sorry there’s none left, we are pretty full. I’ll take a look in any empty rooms”. Rang back over an hour later to see if they’d found one to be told “no sorry. All the other guests must have them”. I asked if they could please try to help because I hadn’t brought one and it’s listed that there would be a hairdryer in the room. Receptionist then started to argue with me. Eventually a housekeeper brought one. I’m not convinced anyone looked the first time to be honest. Very rude reception staff which was disappointing.
