Rooms clean comfy and basic needs met

I booked I after 12 at night so as I got to the hotel they told me it was for the next day they said they couldn't switch days so I booked there and then for that night paid and stayed I explained I couldn't stay the day after but the option I choice wouldn't give me a refund so the hotel was left empty I paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 due to geniune mistake wasn't happy at all you could of refunded or helped some way when I still paid for another night to stay

"Location and value"

Location is very good, only 7 minute walk to station. Beds were very comfortable. Ester pressure from shower was great! Cool water to drink at reception due to hottest week in the year!

We stayed during the hottest days of the year and the fan provided was too small hor the room.
