Location was great, you could walk to the city centre. Breakfast was included and they catered for our dietary needs, there’s a little shop which is handy for snacks etc.

Only downside is having to pay for parking, felt this should be more discounted as a guest.

It’s central location is ideal and its proximity to the railway station and city centre is excellent

The corridors were dirty and dusty with lots of debris on the carpets. Making it look like it hadn’t been hoovered for a long time.

The place is really run down and in need of an urgent refresh. It’s advertised as a four star hotel - it’s at best a 3 star that is run down
