"Unremarkable made adequate only by the staff."

Good location, easy to reach. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast provided a good choice, plentiful and decent quality.

Quality and condition of room was disappointing. Decor was tired and outdated. Corridor was very worn and in need of an uplift. Standard of cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom was adequate at best (grime around tub, product dispenser). Breakfast area floor cleanliness under tables was OK considering the end of meal service, but needs to be checked for detail.

I have a child with disabilities and the manager was ever so lovely that she catered him to his needs. Adjusted the dinner meals and help change the room which had a bath . My son felt comfortable there and was happy

Floor tiles in bath are veryt smooth and can slip

"No frills basic motel in city centre"

"Stayed a Night, Motorbike Robbed"

Some of the reception staff were very friendly

I had my motorbike stolen from their carpark, even with all the "security" and cameras around place. When I got to the hotel there was even a security guard outside. The hotel manager wouldn't even allow to view the footage or share it, only for police if they come in and request it.

Clean,convenient hotel. Friendly staff. Downside was parking charges though Derby is cut thfoat in that respect. Recommended.
