GBLocation is great, grounds are nice, some of the hotel facilities felt like they needed some TLC, like the bedroom & the swimming pool.
No vegan hot breakfast items in stock - staff very apologetic, but poor experience.

The car park was full and the receptionist was very unhelpful - had to sort ourselves. Bathroom was tiny and the shower was very difficult to work

Food and service is absolutely terrible food is the worst I've ever eaten and I'm not a fussy eater soup so thick and cold I could wallpaper the walls with it bread so stale I couldn't cut it with a knife without it breaking into a million bits carvery style dinner on a Saturday night served with salad all of witch was inedible didn't even bother with pudding and there were no allergies signs on anything and no custard left mouldy wall in bedroom 0205 would not recommend to anyone real shame as is situated in such a lovely location
