Parking was great and there was security on site, which was awesome since we had a uhaul with us. The front desk clerk was super helpful and amazing! Stayed 9/27/25 and checked in after 10pm, after driving almost 8 hours with 2 small kids.

Room smelled like dogs

My girlfriend and I stayed here on a recent trip to Columbus and I can’t say it was a pleasant experience. Bathroom lighting was very dim, TV in our room didn’t work, elevators were broken so we had to take stairs to the top floor, and food items for breakfast were expired. But the major problem I experienced occurred during checkout. I couldn’t use my Hilton app to checkout because I was told that I had to resolve some issues at the front desk. When I went to the front desk I was questioned by the clerk about the identity of my girlfriend and asked if she was traveling with me. Really? Being questioned about someone traveling with me to be allowed to checkout? I was stunned that someone would ask something like that and my girlfriend was absolutely insulted at the questions. We’ll definitely stay elsewhere on our next trip to Columbus.

The room was a nice size and the location was good.

There was a strong smell of sewer gas, I complained to the front desk, they did nothing about it.

Terrible customer service I reserved and paid for the reservation for my 19-year-old son traveling by himself. The hotel refused to honor the reservation because he was under age 21 to make matters worse. They refused to refund what we paid for the room basically stealing our money.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. The facility was great beautiful. Ending enjoyed their stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again the next time I'm in Columbus.

After a long drive we decided to try this one for the night & we were so happy we did. The staff was wonderful, so helpful & check-in was a breeze. Our room was very clean & the bed must've been pretty comfy because my wife & I just crashed. Breakfast in the morning was good with several things to choose from. If our travels bring us back this way, we'll definitely stay here again!

The staff were friendly and courteous. The room and facility were clean and well maintained. The breakfast each morning has plenty of food and a decent variety. I wouldn't not hesitate to stay here again if we were going to be in Columbus.
