"Nice room but they have a problem with people having parties with yelling in the hallways all night long. Stay elsewhere"

Nice hotel but customers yelled at the top of their lungs in the hallway ALL NIGHT LONG. A call to the front desk at 9pm to report it didn't provide any confidence it would be taken care of. It continued until after 11PM. Again at 3AM the yelling in the hallways continued. Foul language, anger, on and on....Another phonecall to the front desk, only this time, the desk didn't answer. At checkout, the woman was nice and said "Oh yes, I think I know who you are talking about" when we mentioned the yelling. She stated they've had problems with people renting a room and then calling their friends over and they have parties. Well, if it's a KNOWN PROBLEM, then why is it still going on? We had just driven over 9 hours and had another 9 hours to go the next day. We just wanted a restful night. But that didn't happen. We called management when we got home and they gave us a "case #" and said we'd hear back from them in 2-3 days. It's been a week and a half now.

"In town for a christian concert"

The entire experience was perfect. The facility and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with fresh and warm items. But the best was the staff who went out of there way to insure that our stay was perfect. An excellent stay and we will surely return.

"It was good and much needed overnight vacation for the family"

Very nice, the room was big and liked that it has plates and glasses in the room

The bed was okay but the pillows was too soft. Have to remember to bring my own pillows next time

Pet friendly hotel that was super clean, had well equipped rooms, nice grassy area for dogs to walk around, excellent breakfast, and 24 hr coffee/tea station. Staff was courteous/efficient and at check-in.
