Excellent customer service! This is our hotel of choice when we are in town visiting family . Staff always friendly and welcoming! Benard the manager is an asset to this hotel and excels in customer service! Hotel is clean, nice pool , good breakfast to get your day going!

Everyone At The Hotel Especially Front Desk Staff Were Simply Wonderful, Kind & Treated Me Like Family.. The Overall Stay Was Perfection Rooms Were Nice & The Entire Hotel Smelled Fantastic! & The Breakfast Was Ok As Well. If I’m Ever In Columbus I’d Most Likely Come Back To This Hotel !
